It is summer again in San Diego, and after a winter of blustery winter, there seems to be plenty of food for our largest whales, the mighty blue! Several of these enormous whales have arrived with young calves in tow. This is very exciting, as it has been almost 4 years since we have seen this many youngsters!

We have also been seeing some fin whales (second largest animal on earth) and our usual friends the common dolphins.
